Fred Fraser, Ph.D. established Leveraging Technology LLC in 2000 as a consultancy to utilize his broad and diverse business background that includes P&L experience and over thirty years of proven leadership in technology licensing, marketing, R&D, business management and FDA regulated product development. Prior to developing his firm, he spent 23 years in the Medical Products division at E.I. Dupont, where he worked 10 years in marketing and business development and 13 years in product development. He then spent 4 years as the Technology Management Director for Dade Behring Inc. (now Siemens Diagnostics), where he was business leader of the new product R&D $500 million business division. Fraser also holds a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry (1972) and B.A. in chemistry (1969) from Syracuse University.

Fraser brings his vast experience to his role as Managing Director of Leveraging Technology LLC, and has established his firm as a successful business development consultancy specializing in early stage market research and business decision support. His clients have included two business units of the DuPont Company, TriPath Imaging Inc., University of Delaware, Prescient Medical Inc., bioSys Inc., Advanced Liquid Logics Inc., SpectraClin Diagnostics Inc., and early stage companies with projects focused on assessment of new markets, intellectual property development, product renewal, financial and venture fund planning and product development assessment.
